This antique French salon table with antiquing finish carving detailes  are gilded , marble top in wonderful original condition.The origin of this model in France circa 1860 see also " pedestal table in directoire style "  .  legs decorated with acanthus leaves united by a rounded stretcher can be used as salon or hall table.

    This is a Pier table made to stand against the wall between two windows not used for dining,later could be used as salon table with an added mirror,salon Pier tables had glass tops not marble.
